The more people we share about the concept of TalkErie.com and the singularly-focused thrust of my talk show, the more I understand what a felt-need we are attempting to meet.
As we introduce our show, which will attempt to put the spotlight on different big issues that Erie and the region face, to friends and potential advertising partners, there is an almost universal sense of “getting it.” Being able to focus on the challenges seen in education, families, entrepreneurship, or mental health, and where the solutions are in our community is getting people excited about the opportunities a three-hour daily program can afford us.
We want to leverage the assets of live radio and engage citizens where they are through online streaming, podcasts, this website, and video so they can be better informed, and hear diverse viewpoints.
