On Tuesday, we got into the topic of crime in Erie, with a conversation with Deputy Chief of the Criminal Investigation Division for the Erie Police, Mike Nolan. Our conversation focused on the extraordinary efforts to break cases by both detectives and patrolmen and women in the city police force.
