It’s the second day of the two-day Erie Homecoming 2019, sponsored by the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership. Potential investors and interested parties from both out-of-town and the region, are participating in presentations, networking and tours of the nine opportunity zones in the City of Erie.

Washington DC-based Investment banker, and General McLane graduate Nathan Kelly, told TalkErie.com that the public-private-philanthropic partnerships in Erie are making a difference.

“It’s really quite exciting to see. Because if you are thinking about starting a business, it’s a scary proposition. And to have all that ecosystem around you, and to have all those people supporting you and looking for ways to help you out, that’s huge,” Kelly said.
