Erie, PA – Erie County’s Blasco Memorial Library, 160 E. Front St. and the Erie County Department of Planning & Community Development, 150 E. Front St. will be closed Wednesday, September 4 until 1:00pm due to a scheduled power outage in the area.
Penelec has planned a power outage from 9am – 12pm due to work scheduled at a nearby construction site.
The Blasco Library and the Department of Planning & Community Development are expected to resume regular business hours at 1pm on Wednesday.
