On Thursday, we welcomed Matthew Wachter from the Erie Downtown Development Corporation back to our microphones. Matt updated us on the new acquisitions of the Erie Downtown Development Corporation and investments coming into the downtown area. Joel and Matt also discussed the positive outcomes for the region’s opportunity zones coming out the Erie Homecoming event in August.
