Erie County reports no new positive cases of COVID-19

County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper today announced no new positive cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Erie County. The total number of cumulative cases of COVID-19 in Erie County to date stands at 87, with 1,892 negatives.

The environmental team at Erie County Department of Health continues to make field visits to assist businesses that are permitted to operate with how to come into compliance, particularly as Erie County attempts to reopen. 

Most recently, the Department of Labor and Industry has issued new Construction Guidance during COVID-19 FAQs. Find answers to questions such as how to file a complaint, whether new construction projects can start, if employers are required to provide masks or face coverings and more. 

“More information is added to the website daily,” Dahlkemper said, “and we are continually making adjustments to simplify how to locate the available resources on eriecountypa.gov.”
