On Wednesday, May 6th, President Judge John Trucilla of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas was interviewed by TalkErie host Joel Natalie. They discussed the weekend “court-imposed involuntary isolation” order issued by the court of an Erie County woman who was accused of violating a voluntary quarantine, thus threatening public health.
Judge Trucilla also reported a new order from that afternoon outlining the cancellation of the June 2020 jury trial term, and the restart of some regular court business.
