County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper and Erie County Department of Health announce 79 new positive cases of COVID-19 and one new death have been reported in Erie County as of 11:59 p.m. on November 8.
Over the weekend, 49 positive cases were reported as of 11:59 p.m. on November 6, and 54 cases were reported as of 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 7.
The total cumulative cases of COVID-19 in Erie County is 2,675, with 2,164 recovered cases, 455 active cases and 56 deaths (reported in NEDSS). This information can be found on the chart on the “Positive Cases in Erie County” page at eriecountypa.gov.
