On Tuesday, our conversation centered around the Erie Center for Arts and Technology, or ECAT. We welcomed Daria Devlin, Executive Director at Erie Center for Arts & Technology; and Jude Shingle, ECAT’s Director of Arts Programs. We were able to learn more about this community-based educational arts and career training facility that inspires, educates and empowers people of all ages to transform their lives.
