Joel was back live in studio Monday, starting the week with a conversation with Erie Chief of Police Daniel Spizarny. The discussion surrounded the recent rise of gun violence among youth in Erie. We talked solutions, including community policing and crime reduction initiatives, as well as the financial assistance gained from being awarded the Byrne Grant, a Community-Based Crime Reduction Initiative in that began in 2019.
