Winter Carnival to take place at Perry Square in February

The Erie Downtown Partnership announced at a media event at Perry Square Thursday the entertainment and details for their upcoming festival. They are working together with a regional group of ice sculpting professionals to bring a new marquee event to Downtown Erie in late February.

The partnership announced the first Erie Winter Carnival, planned for February 24th through the 26th in Perry Square. Over 40 interactive ice art sculptures will line the walkways of Perry Square and the stage will light up with musical guests and dance performances.
