Erie’s first Winter Carnival begins this evening at Perry Square. It’s a brand new ice sculpture and music festival event that continues through Saturday.
World-renowned professional ice sculpting artists will be in Perry Square demonstrating their skills live, and the park will be filled with dozens of sculptures. Music and dance performances are scheduled each night and along with food and beverage vendors in the Perry Square sheds.
