Editors Note: attached is a letter that was sent to Governor Tom Wolf in support of the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). County Executive Brenton Davis called on the Erie Delegation to speak with a single unified voice for the entire region. Members of the delegation listened to short presentations about each project and scored them. The letter reflects the top three projects that the region is calling on Governor Wolf to support.
