On Monday, Erie Arts and Culture announced a festival celebrating street art, music and culture entitled Views.
The festival, scheduled for June 1-13, 2023 in various venues throughout Erie, is part of the Purposeful Placemaking initiative of the arts organization, which has planned a total of 50 public art murals throughout the area.
