On Friday we reported that the Mayer Building, better known as PACA is the first locally-designated Historical Landmark by Erie’s Historical Review commission. To explain what that means, funding availabilities, and the future work of the commission, was Chris Kinder, Historic Preservation Planner for the City of Erie, and Melinda Meyer, President of Preservation Erie.
