The Erie County Board of Elections has approved ballot layout and offices for the 2023 County of Erie, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Municipal General Election. Registered Voters in Erie County that have not requested a mail-in ballot will be able to vote in person beginning Monday, October 2nd 2023. Voting will occur in Erie County Courthouse (140 West 6th Street) in the Voter Registration and Elections Office (RM 112), Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm through Tuesday, October 31st 2023. Voters will want to be prepared to complete an application and the process may take up to 20 minutes.
