In the following letter, Erie County Executive Brenton Davis is requesting a comprehensive report on the status of the loan portfolio managed by the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority. Currently, as of March 31, 2023, ECGRA has over $9.4M in loan agreements on top of the $17M+ in cash. County Executive Davis is calling for a detailed overview of the loan portfolio that will enhance transparency and understanding among stakeholders and the public.
