City Treasurer Casimir J. Kwitowski would like to notify City of Erie Taxpayers that the 2024 CITY AND COUNTY Property Taxes and the 2024 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT Fee are in the mail. If any City Taxpayer does not receive their Stormwater Fee or tax bills by the end of February, please call 814-870-1210.
There are four convenient ways to pay Property Taxes and the Stormwater Management Fee:
- City of Erie Taxpayers can pay their Property Taxes & Stormwater Fee at the Treasurer’s Office, 626 State St, Room 105, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
- Residents can deposit the 2024 Property Tax and Stormwater Fee bills with a check or money order in the outside drop box located in front of City Hall’s 626 State Street entrance.
- Residents can pay online at the City of Erie’s website Cityof.erie.pa.us with Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Please note, online payments include a convenience fee.
- Taxpayers can mail in their full payments with bills to:
