This Sunday’s edition of the Erie Times-News will be the last newspaper delivered to homes by a local newspaper carrier.
According to their announcement, the Erie Times-News will be delivered daily through the U.S. Mail starting Monday March 18th, The paper’s corporate owner Gannett said that the move to mail delivery is to “optimize resources amidst increasing digital readership demand.”
No word on job losses associated with the move.
