Playhouse for All

At a press conference this morning, the Erie Playhouse celebrated a special partnership furthering our mission of making live theatre accessible to everyone called Playhouse For All.

Playhouse For All enables patrons with a state-issued ACCESS card the ability to purchase up to four tickets to any production for $5 each. This program is made possible by a Helping Today grant from the Erie Community Foundation.

Playhouse For All tickets can be purchased beginning on the public on-sale date for each production by patrons who present their ACCESS card and valid photo ID in person at the Erie Playhouse Box Office. Each production will offer 50 tickets available at this special price.

The goal of this program is to expand accessible opportunities in live theatre so that all members of our community have equitable access to the Playhouse.

“The arts are for everyone,” said Zach Flock, Erie Playhouse Executive Director. “Programs like Playhouse for All allow us to continue to provide greater access to the Erie Playhouse to members of the community, ensuring that the price of a ticket is never a barrier to experiencing live, local theatre.”

The Erie Playhouse is located at 13 West 10th Street, and online at www.erieplayhouse.org.
