Democratic Vice Presidential hopeful Governor Tim Walz spent time in Erie on Thursday.
He arrived at Erie International Airport in the early afternoon and was welcomed by local elected officials. After stopping at Sara’s on the peninsula, his campaign bus—featuring the slogan “a new way forward”—headed to Liberty Park. Walz spoke to an enthusiastic crowd just after 6 in the evening.
Erie County is considered a key bellwether for the must-win state of Pennsylvania.
