Sen. Dave McCormick (R-PA) celebrated the release of Western Pennsylvania native Marc Fogel Tuesday from a Russian prison.
In an exclusive Erie radio interview with Joel Natalie on TalkErie, McCormick indicated that convincing the Putin regime in Russia to release Fogel was a top priority for President Donald Trump and his Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Upon the news of Fogel flying to freedom after three years in captivity, McCormick told TalkErie that Fogel’s successful release exemplifies that it “takes is putting America’s interest first, and I think this what America First means.”
