Community invited to join a day of play, imagination, and celebration with $5 admission
The expERIEnce Children’s Museum is turning 30, and the community is invited to help celebrate three decades of inspiring creativity, curiosity, and play. The museum’s Birthday Bash takes place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, and will feature a full day of hands-on activities, live entertainment, and family fun offered to guests at a special $5 admission price.
“For 30 years, the expERIEnce Children’s Museum has been a place where childhood memories are made,” said Ainslie Brosig, Executive Director of the expERIEnce Children’s Museum. “We’re excited to mark this milestone with the families who’ve grown alongside us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together with a day filled with wonder, imagination, and joy.”
Birthday Bash Activities Include:
- Llama Llama Meet ‘n Greet and Storytime | 10 – 10:30 AM, 12:30 – 1 PM, 3 – 3:30 PM
- Guests can meet beloved children’s book character Llama Llama and enjoy interactive storytime sessions.
- Llama Llama Book Giveaway (while supplies last)
- Families will receive a free Llama Llama birthday book to continue the fun at home.
- Cliff the Strolling Magician | 11 AM – 1 PM
- Roaming magic performances that mix laughter, surprise, and wonder for guests of all ages.
- Glitter Tattoos | 12 – 2 PM
- A playful way to sparkle and shine during the celebration.
- Free Kid’s Cone from Kona Ice Truck | 2 – 4 PM
- Cool off with a sweet treat, perfect for a summer birthday.
- Classroom Dance Party & All-Day Fun
- Families can dance, create birthday-themed art, play with DIY cake-scented playdough, blow giant bubbles, and more, offered throughout the museum all day long.
Admission Details:
To mark this special occasion, admission will be just $5 per guest on July 12. Museum members receive free admission. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. No additional coupons or discounts apply.
