The Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority announces Odis 12 as the authority’s first tenant in the dedicated commercial retail space at it’s 14th Street joint operations facility complex.
The new restaurant location is along east 14th Street, under EMTA’s parking garage. The commercial retail space build-out was complete earlier this year with state and federal funding. Odis 12 will begin customizing the space in the coming weeks with hopes to be open this football season.
“We are very excited for Odis 12 to join us here on 14th Street,” says Jeremy Peterson, EMTA CEO. “This is just another step EMTA is taking to bring vibrancy to this neighborhood. We hope passengers and the public will embrace Odis 12 into the City.”
The EMTA will serve as Odis 12’s second location and first within the City of Erie, with it’s flagship restaurant on 12th Street in Millcreek. EMTA, Odis 12 and Altair Real Estate Services have worked for many months to establish this agreement.
