Today, U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) announced he will seek re-election in 2026 to represent Pennsylvania’s 16th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Kelly has served in Congress since 2011.

“Today, thanks to the strong America First leadership of President Trump and the Republican majority in Congress this year, America’s economy is more prosperous, our borders are more secure, and American energy is thriving once again. I’m proud of our work for the great people of Western Pennsylvania, and I remain committed to representing our constituents not only for this term, but for years to come. It is an honor to serve as your voice in Washington, and I look forward to continuing this critical work,” said Rep. Kelly.

Kelly serves on the influential Ways & Means Committee, which oversees tax, health care, and trade policy. He played a leading role in passing President Trump’s signature 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act and, just this year, the Working Families Tax Cut. He serves as the Ways & Means Tax Subcommittee Chairman and on the Health Subcommittee.

Kelly and his wife Victoria are the proud parents of four and grandparents of ten. They reside in Butler. Prior to serving in Congress, he led Kelly Automotive, a group of local automobile dealerships in Butler County. Kelly also served on the ButlerArea School Board.

Pennsylvania’s 16th Congressional District includes Erie, Crawford, Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, and a portion of Venango counties.
