Experienced community and government leaders will guide her administration’s move into City Hall

Erie Mayor-Elect Daria Devlin announced her transition team today, composed of 15 experienced public, private, and community leaders with deep knowledge of City Hall and municipal operations.

“We are focused on beginning Erie’s next chapter, and that starts with surrounding ourselves with people who understand this city and how it works, and are also deeply committed to moving it forward,” said Mayor-Elect Devlin. “This team brings the experience, creativity, and heart we need to lay a strong foundation for the work ahead.”

The transition team, chaired by Mayor-Elect Devlin’s Chief of Staff Lori Radder Spicer, will help guide a smooth transition from Mayor Joe Schember’s administration, with each team member assigned a priority area based on their expertise.

“As we prepare to launch Erie’s next chapter in January, I’m grateful to work alongside this Transition Team,” said Chief of Staff and Transition Team Chair Lori Radder Spicer. “Each member brings a wealth of experience, deep knowledge of our community, and a shared commitment to making City Hall more responsive, collaborative, and effective for our residents.”

Joining Lori on the team are:

  • Corey Cook, Chief Operating Officer, EDDC – Downtown Corridor and Economic Development
  • Mark Dombrowski, Vice President of Government Relations, Erie Insurance – State and Federal Government Relations
  • Amy Eisert, Director, Mercyhurst University’s Civic Institute – Youth Engagement and Grants
  • Natalie Fatica, Executive Director of Human Resources, Erie School District – Human Resources
  • Curtis Jones, Jr., Director of Government Affairs, ERCGP – City Council Relations
  • Rob Lee, former Director of Communications, City of Erie – Communications and Public Relations
  • Tina Mengine, CEO, Erie County Redevelopment Authority – Mayor’s Office
  • Amy Murdock, Principal, r.plan Consulting – Outcomes and Metrics
  • Jenessa Norton, Board President, Erie’s Black Wall Street – Equity and Small Business Development
  • Raasheja “Nicci” Page, Attorney, Page Law Firm – Legal and Public Safety
  • Brian Polito, Executive Director, Erie CRIZ Authority – Finance
