The notice must include:

- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and you are making the claim under penalty of perjury; and
- Your signature in either physical or electronic form.
Once we receive notice of the alleged infringement with the above information, we may remove the material from public view while the matter is being investigated and will take down the material in a reasonable period if the event the claim is meritorious.
