On Thursday, we spent the afternoon at the Yellow House of the Battles Estate in Girard, PA, owned and maintained by the Hagen History Center/Erie County Historical Society. Sharing the story of the 50 acres of sunflowers in full bloom were staffers Cal Pifer, President and CEO; Geri Cicchetti, Advancement Director; Margaret Pett, Director of Collections & Archives; and Adam Macrino, Director of Programming & Visitor Experience.
