The Erie Downtown Development Corporation (EDDC) and Boba & Batter invite the community to celebrate the grand opening of Downtown Erie’s newest dessert and beverage destination with an official ribbon cutting ceremony at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22nd.
Located at 427 State Street, Boba & Batter officially opened its doors with a soft opening on July 18 and has already received an enthusiastic response from guests. The shop brings a colorful mix of boba tea, sweet treats, and customizable drinks to the heart of downtown.
“The feedback has been amazing, and we’re excited to continue growing our menu while becoming a place people can stop by any day of the week.” said Moe Suwan, owner of Boba & Batter.
Boba & Batter offers a menu featuring customizable boba teas, crepes, waffles, Italian ice, milkshakes, and energy drinks. Guests can personalize many of their beverages, including adjusting sugar levels to fit their individual preferences. The shop also plans to continue expanding its menu in the coming weeks.
Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Boba & Batter is also preparing to launch delivery service through DoorDash and Uber Eats later this week, making it even easier for guests to enjoy their favorite drinks and desserts.
The addition of Boba & Batter continues the momentum of new businesses choosing Downtown Erie, adding another locally owned destination for residents, employees, students, and visitors to enjoy.
