On Wednesday, State Rep. Bob Merski (D-2nd Dist.) joined us to discuss his latest sponsored bill signed into law that requires counties in Pennsylvania to retain contact information about property owners so that officials can actually reach them when code violations occur, a tool to fight blight in urban, suburban, and rural areas.
